Igor Holanda, a veterinarian in Brazil, was working when a surprise guest entered the building. A dog was there by himself.
He entered quietly and paused, according to Holanda, who spoke to The Dodo. “At first, we were confused. There was nobody as we searched the area to check whether he was accompanied.
The dog wasn’t lost, though. He was a stray with a wound on his neck, it turned out. And he had just the right people to help him.
“We noticed that the animal was asking for help when we approached,” Holanda added.

Of course, the dog didn’t have a scheduled appointment. However, Holanda treated him without delay.
He was brought into the office, where he had a thorough clinical assessment before having the wound cleaned, according to Holanda.
The thankful dog was a great patient throughout it all.
The dog’s wound will need more care, but Holanda is dedicated to seeing him through to a complete recovery. After all, the puppy had selected the veterinarian to treat the dog.
Holanda stated, “I feel fortunate to be able to contribute. “God led this animal to my clinic so I could care for him,” the veterinarian said.
With any luck, the dog’s decision to enter the vet clinic will result in more than just a healed body. Holanda is optimistic that his lonely days as a stray have come to an end for good.
“His treatment will take a little longer, but it will work,” Holanda said. “And God willing, he will also find someone to adopt him and give him the love and affection he deserves.”
