Last Saturday, a professional soccer game being played in South America had to be temporarily stopped, and the reason why was the cutest thing ever.
Everything happened because this cute dog longed for belly rubs.
The game, between Chile and Venezuela’s women’s soccer teams, stood tied at 0-0 when, quite unexpectedly, a friendly black dog stormed the field. She had a different type of “goal” in mind.
And, well, she scored.
Rushing to the nearest player she could see, the dog rolled onto her back to ask for a rubdown. But she didn’t stop there:
Although it’s unclear where the dog came from, judging on the players’ positive reactions, she’d selected the ideal game to disrupt.
Although Chile won the match 1-0, the Venezuelan squad actually came out on top. However, there is no question as to who actually took home the victory.
