A lovely dancing performance by a Chihuahua touches hearts during a dog event!
On Saturday, the city of Birmingham, UK, hosted one of the world’s finest dog events — Crufts. As is customary, the event provided an excellent chance for dogs and their owners from all around the world to demonstrate their abilities.
While there were several lovely dogs that performed admirably, one little in particular really stole the show with her fantastic act!
Joya – an adorable Chihuahua – and her handler – Karin Baumann, won the audience with their Swan Lake dance routine. With Karin dressed just like a ballet dancer, and even with the obstacles replaced with a black and a white swan, the duo displayed an impressive choreography based on Tchaikovsky’s classical ballet.
The two flawlessly performed a sync dance that you don’t see every day. At the end, everyone was impressed, especially the cheering crowd. However, the small Joya not only won the hearts of the crowd, but millions more online. Because her performance quickly went popular on social media once it was posted online.
The moment elicited a strong positive response from its viewers, as expected. “Please explain why I’m watching Crufts and just sobbed over a chihuahua doing a ballet dance,” one user wrote.
