A huge lion stormed the picnic that a safari party was attending in South Africa’s Kruger National Park, giving them the shock of their lives. The gorgeous guy probably opted to join because of the exquisite flavor of the meat steaks.
While staff at the lodging were putting together a buffet, the group from the UK was taking in the sunset when a lion decided to wreck their plans. Naturally, as soon as the visitors and the crew saw the wild animal so near by, they all ran away.
As everyone jumped into the vehicles, for their own safety, the uninvited guest approached the table full of food. The lion sniffed for a few moments the tasty food, but he wasn’t too impressed though. So he then, lost his was in the bushes.
Soon after a guide assured everyone the lion was gone, the picnic party went on. The host said his guests were incredible lucky to experience such a close encounter with a wild lion.
It’s really rare to have one visit a drink stop in such close proximity, Chris Taylor said. All of us sat and watched as he inched closer. I have seen other creatures go by, but usually at a much wider distance,” he said after posing briefly.
