Wendy Powick, an Australian golfer, was preparing to tee off at a course when she was confronted with an unexpected type of golf hazard. A hopping danger.
A swarm of inquisitive locals decided to attack the fairway moments before Powick made her swing, leaping directly toward her in a large, bouncing clump. They then congregated in front of the tee box for a little moment, staring at Powick as though watching her hit her shot.
But don’t put too much pressure on yourself!

The kangaroos gathering in front of Powick were clearly golf fanatics. But it wasn’t long until they all dispersed, allowing her to take her picture without being obstructed.
Powick didn’t appear bothered by the interruption.
She described it as “absolutely gold” in a post. “And only in Australia,” says the writer.
